Procedure
PURCHASE PROCESS
The purchase procedure is straight forward:
the Agroturismo is run by a limited company, called an "SL" in Spain, owning the name, inventory, licenses and utilities contracts, including the important rental contract with 15 years remaining in 2022 until 2037.
The new owner will purchase the company shares. Doing so documents and contracts stay in the name of the same SL company and there is no administrative hassle or complication, for example noneed to re-apply for licenses.
The purchase price of €980.000 for the SL includes the transfer of the agroturismo: inventory, furniture, contracts, licences. There is an option not to take over some vintage furniture and wall-art of the current tenant. This collection valued at €80.000 can be excluded and reduced from the inventory.
In the case all tha optional furniture is removed, the net cost of the transfer can be €980.000 - €80.000 = €900.000
Garden Wedding
Great potential for up to 150 people to be developed for European customers, there are some request for weddings for 2022.
With its large garden, the Agroturismo provides for a lovely and romantic environment, in the dream destination Ibiza.

MILD CLIMATE IN IBIZA
Ibiza and Formentera are drier and warmer than the rest of the Balearic Islands, presenting a semi-arid climate.
