Large villa overlooking the coast with the enchanting bay of Es Cubells, Formentera, Porroig and Cap des Falco. The house is oriented South towards sunrise, with great sun all day long until dawn, overlooking the large garden and the 2 swimming pools.

INSIDE
On ground floor it offers a large living room, 2 master bedrooms with one en-suite bathrooms and dressing room each, modern kitchen, adjacent to the kitchen there is pantry room, on first floor two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The guest house has two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, in addition there’s a staff apartment, utility rooms and a gardening and storage room.
The water tank is equipped with an osmosis-filter providing drinking water, all bedrooms with TV /Sat channels and AirCon. Gym room, sound system, outdoor security cameras, alarm system.

OUTSIDE
Extra large swimming pool 14m x 10m, various patios and chill-outs loungers day-beds and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and large covered dining area under olive trees. The garden is surrounded by palm trees, cactus, bougainvillea flowers and many other tropical plants, which offer complete privacy throughout the house and give a magical sense of tranquility.
Wonderful main terrace with great views on the entrance floor with covered dining and sitting lounge gives a touch of class. This terrace offers a large second swimming pool surrounded by wood decking. Garage and parking space in front of the house for 6 cars.

ABOUT THE AREA - ES CUBELLS
The villa is located in the beautiful natural reserve surroundings of Es Cubells and near the famous beach of Cala Jondal, yet only 15 minutes away from Ibiza town. The nearest beach is Ses Boques with its authentic beach restaurant. Well-known beaches and restaurants such as Blue Marlin, Es Torrent and Sa Caleta are all less than 10 minutes drive away.

There are 2 restaurants and a shop in Es Cubells. The closest village is San Josep 7 minutes away and offers all services: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, dry-cleaners, pharmacy, banks, petrol station.

17 minutes from Ibiza City

The South-West coastal region of Ibiza is the location of famous Es Vedra rock-Island, 4 km from Es Cubells, that is best seen at sunset time from the convenient plateau 100m above sea level.

Cala Jondal, just a few minutes from Es Cubells, offers a variety of Beach Restaurants: from the family friendly “Tropicana”, to a classic of the Island: “Yemanja”, the restaurant of “Blue Marlin Beach Club”, to end at the fine dining “Jondal” a interesting gastronomic experience opened in the Summer 2020 by chef Rafa Zafra from “El Bulli”.

MILD CLIMATE IN IBIZA
